It's now the critical period for wheat growing since wheat comes to its earing, blossoming and graining stage. Spraying becomes the most important thing to prevent and control of gibberellic disease. As a large wheat growing area, northern China came to its busiest season. Nearly 90,000 acres
of wheat was already sprayed. And plant protection drones became the most welcome star in this season since their high efficiency and great effectiveness.

300 acres of wheat spraying finished in a day

Mr. Lai is a villager who grows 300 acres of wheat in Chenliu Village, Fuyang City of Anhui Province. As an elder farmer, he has witnessed the development of agriculture in the past 20 years. Now more and more young people leave their villages to large cities to earn a living in companies and factories. It becomes harder to find young men to do farm works. He only found 10 elder villagers for wheat protection spraying. Most of them are 60 years old or above. "Each of them can only spray 1 acre of wheat everyday", said Mr. Lai, "it's too slow, spraying faster is quite crucial". He was quite worried but he was also lucky. Eagle Brother's Anhui branch contacted him and promised 1 day spraying for his wheat fields. And it's the first time he agreed to use drones, he was not certain if the decision was right. But the spraying demonstration relaxed him from hesitation. Eagle Brother's D10L multi-rotor drone finished a 2-acre wheat field in only 2 minutes.

On the morning of April 20th, Eagle Brother's 5 pieces of D10L drones simultaneously took off as prearranged at Chenliu Village. "A drone can finish spraying on about 60 acres of wheat field according to previous operation. So we arranged 5 drones for Mr. Lai." said one of the pilots. And of course, the pilot team finished the spraying just before the sun set. "It's quite unbelievable. 5 drones finished 300 acres in a day." said Mr. Lai, "the effect was very good, pesticides and fertilizers are sprayed evenly on wheat ears and leaves".

Contented with drone spraying efficiency and effectiveness, Mr. Lai expressed his will to cooperate with Eagle Brother's Anhui branch next year.

More than 320 drones were used this year in Fuyang City

Mr. Liu Jingzhen, who once was a traditional farmer that sprayed pesticides with a knapsack sprayer, started plant protection service in 2015. He now is in charge of Tongling plant protection service cooperative in Yingquan District, and has taken over nearly 2000 acres of fields for branding crop plantation along sides of Jiguang expressway.

"The shortage of labor force forced me into finding other ways. It was in April, 2015. I saw a drone flying over rice filed not far away from my village while I was on my way to buy some pesticides", said Mr. Liu, "I was attracted and stopped to watch. I saw the drone finished spraying on a considerable huge area of rice field in just one flight. It was about 15 minutes or more. The land landed just before me." It was the first time Mr. Liu knew about Eagle Brother's sprayer drone. And after that he decided to start a new career for plant flight protection. As the business became better and better, Mr. Liu bought 3 more drones in the last year and now becomes one of the biggest wheat growing farmers in Fuyang City.

"There are about 320 drones in Fuyang now", said Mr. Liu, "now drones are not only government-running projects, but also very well accepted by villagers and farmers."

Eagle Brother sales grows rapid this year

Since the first drone launch in 2015, Eagle Brother has constantly kept drone innovation as the first priority for performance improvement and gained a great reputation among farmers and plant protection service providers across China. The sales volume of our drones climbs year by year. This year, more than 40 drones were sold by Eagle Brother's Anhui branch. That is about a quarter of market share in Fuyang City.
